Founded in Naples in 1964, Harmon-Meek Gallery is the oldest gallery of American Art in the Southeastern United States. The gallery, a small family business, is currently led by sisters Kristine Meek and Juliana Meek, with William Meek serving as Director Emeritus since 2015, and Barbara Meek as the assistant director.
Harmon-Meek Gallery assists clients in purchasing art for various purposes, whether it's for personal enjoyment, building a collection, finding a special gift, or matching a specific decor. The gallery prides itself on honesty, transparency, and carefully selecting professional artists with distinguished credentials. Their focus is on American artists whose works are included in the permanent collections of museums.
With an illustrious history, Harmon-Meek Gallery has curated nearly 1,000 exhibitions, including over 200 for art museums in 29 states. William Meek, with over 45 years of experience as a fine art dealer, has been honored with multiple awards for his contributions to the visual arts.
Juliana and Kristine Meek continue the tradition of bringing fine art to Naples and lending art exhibitions to museums across the country. They are committed to engaging children in art, hosting student groups and supporting art programs for children. Their efforts have been recognized with various awards and honors from different organizations in the Southwest Florida arts community.
