Island Air Charters primarily operates flights between Ft. Lauderdale and the Bahamas, with regular services to Bimini, Cat Cay, Freeport, Treasure Cay, Marsh Harbour, Nassau, and other Bahamian islands. They also offer flights to various destinations within Florida. Island Air conducts cargo and relief supply flights from Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), while passenger flights operate from both FXE and Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International (FLL).
