Zaza
Description
The origins of Mexican food can be traced back 9,000 years when Mayan cities were established alongside the development of agriculture. Over time, Mexican cuisine was influenced by various cultures, including the Aztec empire.
The Aztecs established a multi-ethnic society, known as Mexica, where foodways became intertwined. Later, the Spanish conquest brought about further influence, introducing domesticated animals, dairy products, and rice.
With tradition in mind, ZAZA was created to share the rich history and traditions of Mexican cuisine.
